Hello Mark,
We really don't have any LegalEase-type statement in place prohibitting additional prints, but I can definately see the need in this case. If you will construct such a statement for your benefit, we would be happy to look over it and sign it immediately.
Otherwise, let it be known from this correspondence that Imagers will not make any additional prints of any material you send us for output to any device.
